How we handle your information

Last updated October 25, 2026. This page explains what Blueribbon Analytics collects on blueribbonanalytics.com, why, and what choices you have. Blueribbon Analytics is operated by Royce Mekolle.

What we collect

  • Messages you send us. If you use the "Not ready to book a call?" form, we receive your name, work email and message. We use them only to reply to you. The form is processed by Web3Forms, which passes the message to our inbox.
  • Booking details. When you book a call, TidyCal collects your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy. After booking, you land on a confirmation page that briefly receives your name and email so we can measure that a booking happened. We also record the booking, with how you found us if known, in our own operations spreadsheet.
  • Usage data, only if you accept cookies. Google Analytics records pages viewed, clicks on booking buttons, device and approximate location. If advertising cookies are accepted, Google may also use this to measure and improve our ads.
  • Technical data. Our website host, GitHub Pages, and the other services listed below receive your IP address and browser details when a page or file loads, as any website does.

Cookies and your choice

When you first visit, a banner asks whether to allow analytics and advertising cookies. If you decline, none of Google's analytics or advertising tags load. Your choice is stored in your browser (as br_consent), and you can change it at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the home page. The site works the same either way.

Services that may receive your data

  • Google (Analytics, Ads measurement and Fonts). Fonts load from Google when a page opens. Analytics and advertising tags load only after you accept.
  • GitHub Pages, which hosts the site.
  • Web3Forms, which delivers contact form messages.
  • TidyCal, which handles call bookings.
  • Famewall, which shows client reviews and may load review photos and videos from its own servers.
  • Microsoft, when you open one of our public Power BI example reports.
  • Google Sheets, where our operations spreadsheet is kept.

These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and booking records for as long as we need them to run our business and meet legal obligations, and delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your cookie consent at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or California privacy law. Email us and we will respond.
